It seals the gap between the pipe and the roof flashing, shedding rain and snow away from the roof penetration. It is part of the DuraChimney II / DuraTech compatible air-cooled chimney line that Mason-Lite pairs with its fireplaces for wood and gas applications. Each component is built with a stainless steel inner wall and galvanized steel outer wall for strength, safety and corrosion resistance.

This 12 inch component is compatible with the MFP33, MFP39 and MFP44, plus custom Mason-Lite units. Combine it with matching pipe sections, elbows, supports, firestops, flashing and caps to build a complete, code-compliant chimney run from the firebox to the roof. Always install chimney components according to the manufacturer's instructions and required clearances to combustibles. Because it is designed to work with Mason-Lite fireplaces, it installs cleanly alongside the rest of your build without guesswork or field modification.

What's Included

Storm Collar

Key Features

Use to help prevent rain from entering the chase

For use with Mason-Lite MFP33, MFP39, MFP44 and Custom Units Firebox Kits

Class A UL 103 listed chimney component

Stainless steel inner wall with galvanized steel outer wall

Air-cooled design for safe clearances

For wood-burning and gas fireplace applications

Specifications

Brand

Mason-Lite

Item Number

12DCA-SC

Product Type

Storm Collar

Diameter

12"

Compatible With

MFP33, MFP39, MFP44

Material

Stainless & Galvanized Steel

Documents & Files

Product Catalog

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0772/9646/8151/files/mason-lite-12-storm-collar-for-mfp33-mfp39-mfp44-and-custom-units-maso-1.webp?v=1793190586
https://www.efireplacedirect.com/products/mason-lite-12-storm-collar-for-mfp33-mfp39-mfp44-and-custom-units-masonry-fireplaces
