It allows the chimney to offset around framing, beams or other obstructions while keeping the run continuous and code compliant. B-vent is a gas-only, double-wall metal chimney with a smaller diameter than wood-burning chimneys, making it the ideal solution for fireplaces that require complicated or space-restricted venting runs. The double-wall construction keeps the outer surface cooler while efficiently carrying exhaust gases outdoors.

B-vent is the most economical way to vent a gas masonry fireplace, and its compact diameter makes it easy to route through walls, attics and chases. The double-wall construction resists corrosion while keeping clearances to combustibles small. Use only with gas appliances and complete the system with matching pipe, firestops and a listed termination cap. Because it is designed to work with Mason-Lite fireplaces, it installs cleanly alongside the rest of your build without guesswork or field modification.

What's Included

45° Elbow

Key Features

Elbows are used to offset installation to avoid obstructions such as rafters and joists

Adjust easily from 0° to 45°

Double-wall gas vent construction

For gas appliances only

Available in 10" and 12" diameters

Twist-lock connection between components

Specifications

Brand

Mason-Lite

Item Number

12BVL45

Product Type

Elbow

Venting Type

B-Vent

Size (Diameter)

12"

Documents & Files

2024 Catalog

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0772/9646/8151/files/mason-lite-b-vent-12-45-degree-adjustable-elbow-1.webp?v=1793252009
