Straight pipe sections make up the main length of the chimney run and lock together quickly for a secure, continuous flue. This 24 inch section adds 24 inches of nominal length to a 12 inch chimney run. B-vent is a gas-only, double-wall metal chimney with a smaller diameter than wood-burning chimneys, making it the ideal solution for fireplaces that require complicated or space-restricted venting runs. The double-wall construction keeps the outer surface cooler while efficiently carrying exhaust gases outdoors.

Each component locks to the next for a quick, secure connection that keeps exhaust contained from the appliance to the roof. Matching the vent diameter to the fireplace ensures proper draft, so be sure to select the same diameter for every part of the run. Follow the venting instructions and local codes for clearances, supports and terminations. Choosing components designed for the Mason-Lite system keeps your installation consistent, protecting performance, appearance and long-term reliability.

What's Included

Round Rigid Pipe

Key Features

Available in 12", 18", 36" and 48" lengths

Easy to assemble and can be combined to obtain the required installation height

To calculate installed height, deduct 1" for each joint

Double-wall gas vent construction

For gas appliances only

Available in 10" and 12" diameters

Specifications

Brand

Mason-Lite

Item Number

12BV24

Product Type

Pipe

Venting Type

B-Vent

Size (Diameter)

12"

Documents & Files

2024 Catalog
